Vietnam's manufacturing activity grows year-on-year, Sri Lanka, India's textile and apparel exports continue to decline

On March 1, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in February, the purchasing managers' index (PMI) for the manufacturing industry was 52.6%, up 2.5 percentage points from the previous month, higher than the critical point, and the indexes for each category were higher than the previous month, and 18 out of 21 industries surveyed were located in the expansion zone, an increase of 7 over the previous month, and the manufacturing sector continued to expand in terms of prosperity.
