1. Booth fee and arrangement: This exhibition provides two forms: standard booth and open space, and exhibitors can choose according to their needs.  

Standard booth fee: The standard booth includes carpet, hoarding, fascia with company name, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and power sockets (please specify in advance for special electricity, and separate charges will be charged). 

Empty space fee: The open space does not bring any exhibition racks and facilities, and exhibitors can arrange special decoration by themselves or entrust the organizer to recommend the builder 

2. Conference arrangement: The organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Manual" (related to schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel reception, journal editing, booth construction, etc.) to all exhibitors two months before the conference date.
