Recently, the 2023 National Enterprise Standard “Pacesetters” were formally released on the National Enterprise Standard Pacesetter Management Information Platform. According to the “Quality Classification and ‘Pacesetter’ Evaluation Requirements for Superabrasives and Artificial Diamond” (T/CSTE 0449- 2023) standard, after third-party evaluation, the enterprise standard Q/ZND J0304-2023 of Zhongnan Diamond Company Limited meets the requirements of “Pacesetters” in the standard and becomes the 2023 “Pacesetter”. According to the standard “Quality Grading and Evaluation Requirements of ‘Pacesetter’ Superabrasives and Artificial Diamonds” (T/CSTE 0449- 2023), after the third-party evaluation, the enterprise standard of Zhongnan Diamond Company Limited, Q/ZND J0304-2023, conforms to the requirements of “Pacesetter” in the standard, and has become the “Pacesetter” in 2023.
Enterprise standard “frontrunner” system is approved by the State Council, jointly issued and implemented by the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration and other eight departments, aimed at encouraging the industry to lead the sustained development through high-quality technical standards and brand building, effectively stimulating the standardization vitality of market players, accelerating the technological innovation and industrial integration of enterprises, and playing an important role in deepening the reform of standardization work.
