The first half of the country's textile and clothing exports fell 8.3% year-on-year

According to the General Administration of Customs today's statistical newsletter, in the first half of this year, the country's textile and clothing exports 142.68 billion U.S. dollars, down 8.3% year-on-year (in RMB 1.9% year-on-year decline), the rate of decline over the first quarter to expand by 1.6 percentage points. Among them, textile exports of 67.7 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 10.9% (in RMB terms, a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%); apparel exports of 74.98 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 5.9% (in RMB terms, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%).
