Recently, the 6x95MN casting six-face top press developed by SINOMACH was successfully tested and will be put into the market next. The equipment pressure capacity of 100MPa, single-cylinder thrust 95MN, cylinder diameter φ1100mm, is currently known as the largest single-cylinder thrust six-face top press.

It is understood that the pressure-bearing capacity is an important parameter to measure the design performance and manufacturing quality of six-sided top press, which is the main embodiment of the product technology level, and the hinge beam is one of the key components of six-sided top press, which plays an important role in the pressure-bearing capacity of six-sided top press.
Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingong Ruiyi”), a subsidiary of the Group, has developed the hinge beam of the 6x95MN casting six-face top press, which adopts a “4+3” structure to avoid the thickness of the lugs of the conventional “3+2” structure being too thick. The hinge beam of 6x95MN casting six-sided top press developed by Ruiyi adopts “4+3” structure, which avoids the problems of casting defects and strength reduction caused by the large thickness of conventional “3+2” structure lugs. In addition, the raw material selection of the hinge beam of this equipment is more strict than before, and the CNC machining method is more accurate, which makes the bearing capacity of the hinge beam itself increase by more than 10% compared with before.
Six-sided top press is the key equipment for synthesizing superhard materials such as artificial diamond and cubic boron nitride. The successful development of this 6x95MN casting six-face top press not only helps the diamond production enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency, improve the added value of products, but also has important significance for increasing the output of diamond.
