Recently, Guangdong High-tech Enterprise Association announced the list of “2023 Guangdong Famous High-tech Products”. The main product independently researched and developed by Penland New Material--“New type of high-performance diamond welding hob” was successfully selected!
Guangdong Famous Hi-Tech Products is a provincial technical honor initiated by Guangdong Hi-Tech Enterprises Association under the guidance of Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and relevant policy documents, aiming to select a number of famous hi-tech products that are the first in the country, can replace imports, and have reached the international/domestic advanced level. None of the evaluated products are the core products with outstanding innovation ability, advanced technology, reliable quality and good market prospect, which are the concrete embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.
New type of high performance diamond welding hobs
The “new high-performance diamond welded hob” selected by Penland New Material is innovative and possesses Class I intellectual property rights; it has passed the test of the National Abrasives Quality Inspection and Testing Center; the product and its production process are in line with the national industrial policy, safety and environmental protection; and it has also been awarded the Second Prize of Science and Technology Innovation (Scientific and Technological Advancement Category) of China's Architecture and Sanitary Ceramics Industry for the year 2020. The product and its production process are in line with the industrial policy, safety and environmental protection.
This product is specially used in ceramic tile blanks, artificial quartz stone, granite plates and other non-metallic materials before the polishing of the fixed thickness scraping, can be assembled with various types of fixed thickness, grinding and polishing machinery.
At present, with the ceramic polishing production line line speed increases year by year, most of the existing products on the market in the sharpness and service life can not be taken into account at the same time, and similar products at home and abroad, compared with the “new diamond welded hob” of the new material in the sharpness and service life is more advantageous.
Compared with the traditional hob, the product's grinding efficiency and service life are significantly improved, and the cost of use is significantly reduced, helping the downstream industry to further realize the processing of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and low cost.
As a high-tech enterprise which has been deeply plowing in the field of new material products with diamond as the core for more than 20 years, Penland New Material has been continuously strengthening its independent research and development capability since its establishment.
